Tandem Operating Co. ("Tandem," "I," "we") is a Bexley, Ohio business operated by its founder, Mic Foster. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used.
What is collected
If you submit the contact form, I receive the information you type: your name, business name, phone or email, and your message. If you call or email directly, I receive whatever you choose to share. This website does not run advertising trackers and does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How it is used
Contact information is used for one purpose: replying to you and, if we work together, running the engagement. You will not be added to a newsletter or automated email sequence by submitting the form.
Service providers
This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) on our behalf. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept as long as reasonably needed for business and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, or ask that it be deleted, by emailing mic@tandemoperatingco.com. Client engagement records may be retained as required for tax and legal compliance.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
