Cancellation Policy
EFFECTIVE JULY 24, 2026
Plain terms, published in the open, same as the pricing.
The Line Check ($2,000, one time)
Cancel any time before work begins for a full refund. Once the diagnostic is underway, the fee is non-refundable, because the majority of the work happens in the first days. Either way, any findings produced are yours to keep.
The Revival ($4,500/month, 90 days)
The Revival is designed and priced as a 90-day engagement, billed monthly in advance. You may cancel future months with 15 days' written notice. The current billed month is not refunded, since the work happens inside it. If I believe the engagement is not working, I will tell you before you have to.
In Tandem ($2,000/month, ongoing)
Month to month, no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 15 days' written notice before your next billing date. No cancellation fees, no exit interviews, no hard feelings. The current month is not refunded.
How to cancel
Email mic@tandemoperatingco.com or put it in writing to me directly. You will receive written confirmation of your end date within one business day.
My side of the deal
If I ever need to end an engagement, you get the same 15 days' notice, a full handoff of everything built, and a refund of any unworked prepaid time.
